As a result of a class action settlement, customers who purchased select Lenovo laptops may be entitled to an estimated $40 payment (or more with documentation of loss). The suit alleges that software came pre-installed on these models which "slowed down the computers, invaded user privacy, and exposed users to security risks."Affected customers must have purchased these items between September 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015.
